BARBERA DEL MONFERRATO DOC. Grapes : Barbera 95%, bonarda 5% ,  alcoholic contents 13,5  % . Bottles available:1000. Barbera is one of the most representative grape varieties in this region, it covers about 35 % of the 53.000 vineyards hectares. Barbera del Monferrato draws from the lime-rich soil of hills, the structure and deep colour that characterise it and represent the desire of producers to offer an important wine. Dark ruby red Wine, fruity perfume, with notes of red berries, fruit preserved in spirit. Suitable with Piedmont agnolotti (pasta stuffed with meat), risotto with truffle, Mature cheeses (Parmigiano reggiano, Grana padano), or blu-cheeses (Gorgonzola); cured meets (salami and Parma’s ham). A classic and perfect combination in Monferrato is with Bagna cauda (sauce with anchovies, garlic and extra virgin olive oil) served with raw and cooked vegetables.

 

GRIGNOLINO DEL MONFERRATO CASALESE DOC. Grapes : 100 %  Grignolino,  alcoholic contents : 13 %    Bottles available 1000. Grignolino is part of the history of old Piedmont grape varieties and is collocated in the area between Asti and Casale Monferrato. It is a very demanding grape variety in terms of climate and soil, difficult to cultivate and make it wine, but it produces an original and creative wine which is widely appreciated.  More or less pale ruby red Wine, delicate perfume, with notes  of fruit  and brushwood often accompanied by characteristic scents of white pepper. Suitable with hors d’oeuvres, vegetables pies, duck, white meat and fried dishes. Definitely worth’s it trying with fish.

 

 ACHILLE: red wine. Grapes: Barbera 85%, Bonarda 15%, alcoholic contents 12,5% Bottles available: 500. Dark ruby red wine, fruity perfume of jam, average structure, pleasantly sparkling. Suitable with  salami, vegetable soups, lasagne with ragù sauce, grilled meat, panissa (a kind of risotto with beans).

 

DON GIOVANNI: red wine. Grapes: Grignolino 75%, Freisa e Bonarda 25%, alcoholic contents 12,5% Bottles available: 500. Ruby red colour, slightly aromatic with a perfume reminding of currant and raspberry. Lightly dry, aromatic with a wrapping around froth. It goes well with salami  cheese focaccia.

 

NEBBIUS: red wine. Grapes: Nebbiolo 100%, alcoholic contents 13%.Bottles available: 500. Light ruby red wine, ethereal, with rose scent. It's a tannic and structured wine. It goes well with agnolotti (filled pasta), salami, roasted meet, braised meet and mature cheeses.

 

ITAKA: white wine. Grapes: Cortese, Greek Malvasia, Frontignan (French Muscatel), alcoholic contents 12%. Bottles available: 1000. Straw coloured towards a  golden shade, it's aromatic with scent of jasmine and apple. It's dry and aromatic with long lasting freshness and tasteness. It goes well with cheeses, grilled vegetables, quiche and with appetizer as aperitif.

 

FESTAL: filtered Sweet. Grapes : Moscato 100 % , alcoholic contents   6 %. Bottles available: 500.  Moscato grape is the base of Asti Spumante, very famous Wine. Light yellow Wine, it has an intense perfume of peach, vanilla and candied fruit. Sweet and sparkling wine. Suitable with dried pastries and also  for drinking alone on any occasion.

 

 BUNARDA: Red Wine. Grapes : Bonarda 90 %, Malvasia 10 % , alcoholic contents  11 %.  Bottles available 500. Bonarda is an aromatic black grape, which is used to make a delightfully sweet sparkling wine. Cherry red Wine, with dog roses and red barries scent. It’s sweet and aromatic Suitable with fruit salads, fruit desserts, dried pastries, ice cream and sorbets.
